How does Wireshark recognize QUIC packets

I tried to assemble the QUIC package, but it was not recognized as IETF QUIC by Wireshark, only UDP was displayed. How does Wireshark judge the message as QUIC instead of UDP?

By port in preferences, you can do decode as on the UDP layer and select quick.
