graph of tcp window scaling

In a network capture whithout SIN-SYN/ACK-ACK, so window scaling is -1, it is not known, how wireshark do window scaling graph (Statistics->tcp stream graphs->window scaling)? Values greater than 65,535 bytes are shown in my graph but we dont know tcp window scaling.

What does the packet decode show for the scaling factor?

What version of Wireshark? (wireshark -v)
Can you share an example pcap?
