Why am I pulling like a million IPs and they're all the same.

I filtered UDP but it still pulls like a million ips and it doesn't stop.

Where do you see them? In the overview of the connections? Than each row is a single connection between those IP addresses.

Otherwise please show us what you mean or describe it clearer.
