When I capture beacon report response, Capability info is not decoded properly.

Whenever I decode beacon report reponse CapInfo is not decoded properly. It points to measurement start time bits.

Can you share a capture that illustrates the problem, use a public share e.g. Google Drive, DropBox etc.?

What is your Wireshark version?
