How can you tell if there is a presence of bluetooth? also how do you check security characteristics of a wireless network?
I am trying to find out whether or not bluetooth exists in a wireshark capture and how to figure out what kind of encryption or authentication is used by a wireless network.
If you look at the top of your Wireshark capture do you see a "Wireless" menu? Is that what you are looking for?
to be more specific I guess I mean how can you figure out whethere its using like WPA2 or some other form of authentication and how to tell which packets are encrypted? if possible.
