Is it planned to integrate lua 5.3 instead of lua 5.2.4 into wireshark ?

The last time this was discussed on the mailing list was in July 2018; here's the first message in the thread discussing it. There was somewhat less opposition than in the thread pointed to by the old Q&A site, but it hasn't yet turned into "yes, let's do it".
