Does Wireshark has ISO9001 certificate?

In company for development a medical devices only SW tool with base ISO9001 quality standard can be installed. Does Wireshark has ISO9001 or some of customer certificated it?

Nope. From the Wireshark license, which is Gnu General Public License 2.0:
