Unfortunately, due to spammers and other bad actors, there are a number of banned phrases in place on this site, and most likely you've typed one of them. Note that due to the way content moderation works, it might not have been an exact match, but a word or phrase you've typed in your question might have contained one of the banned phrases. As I don't have the text of your question to determine which is the offending word or phrase, I would suggest that you open a bug report, as was done for Bug 16480, and post your question in the bug report. From that, we should be able to figure out what the offending word or phrase is and tweak the Content Moderation banned word list, if it's appropriate to do so.

Alternatively, you could try a "divide-and-conquer" approach whereby you attempt to post only 1/2 your question initially and then either edit it with more and more information as it succeeds, or reduce it until it succeeds, thereby eventually narrowing down the offending word or phrase and then changing that word to something else or rephrasing your question to avoid it. Unfortunately, that won't let us know what the problematic word was though, but you can probably break the word up using dashes/spaces or something so we can hopefully find it that way too.
