Wireshark capture with ET2000

Hey, I have a Wireshark capture that was done with a multichannel probe ET2000 from Beckhoff. My colleague measured the traffic on 2 points. Thats why he used Port 3.0, 3.1, 4.0 and 4.1. My question right now would be if someone knows if it's possible to sort the capture for the different Port numbers? Best Regards, Hendrik

You can apply any field dissected from a protocol as column. So, assuming that this 'Port number' is available in the protocol provided by the ET2000, you can sort on that, though the use of a column.

Thank you for the quick reply. I know that I can set filters in wireshark. I already tried sth like esl.port == 31, but I didint work. I am looking for someone who already did this and knows how to set the filter to get this kind of information. BECKHOFF says that there is a PREfix which contains the additional port information, ubut unfortunately I cant find it. https://infosys.beckhoff.com/english....

Go to menu Analyze | Enabled Protocols; search in the dialog for 'esl'. Probably ESL over Ethernet (esl_eth) is disabled? Assuming that is relevant in this case...

Hey Jaap I looked for esl.port == 3 but it didnt worked... After I enabled the option as u said it started working Thanks a lot u saved my day :)
