Is there a (way to make a) simple LUA script for cutting of the connection when an specific event appears

Hey guys, I'm not that good with wire-shark but i guess it could be relatively easy for someone who is good with this:

My problem is someone accessing my PC through a local network and breaking into it remotely. This person does not do it always but from time to time. Already using VPN it does not help, now I thought that I could help myself by having a Simple LUA script in Wireshark that gets triggered by the Message that indicates the attack [Destination Unreachable (Fragmentation needed) ] and completely cuts of my connection from that point.

I'm running my PC on Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS every other kind of solution to protect my system is also very much appreciated, it would be a great help to me if you could give me a solution.
