I have multiple HTTP2 applications which use different source ports. Need to configure multiple ports for it in wireshark (Edit->Preferences->Protocols->HTTP2) for those packets to be visible.

You can use the Analyze -> Decode As to add extra TCP ports for HTTP2 decoding.

Thanks. It worked. Even though it shows single port in Protocols, it successfully decoding for other ports.
