Dear Wireshark Foundation,

I want to be official Wireshark international mirror, please guide me. Please note that I host official Debian, Ctan, Cygwin, etc.

Have you seen the wireshark.org mirror page? It has a few simple instructions to get started. Or, are you wanting official recognition of being a mirror site?
