"Illegal NetBios name". Should I worry about it or no?

Saw a packet show up with this in the info column. I know what it means by the "Illegal NetBios name" in naming terms. But is this something I should be concerned about? Is it a suspicious device that could be up to no good? I would post an image but I forgot to save the .cap file. It was from a computer that started with "DESKTOP".
