I have two application that interact with my ESB layer using TCP RTF apllication take time 40 seconds and i see error in wire shark packet was actually lost somewhere Packet sender application take time 4 seconds and no error in wire shark

You seem to be describing the behavior of packet loss but I'm not sure. Can you post the PCAP files on a public share?
