You have to upload the capture to a public share, e.g. Google Drive, DropBox etc. and post a link back here.
That looks like a custom build, not a standard release.
With whom this can be checked? I am able to see RRC setup, request and reject message. but only RRC reconfiguration and complete messages are not decoding
