Can tshark change the "Interface Options" like wireshark does? [closed]

Just take "randptk" as an example, I can use wireshark with it to generated some random packets.

In wireshark I can have the small setting button to set the interface option for it. However, I have no idea on how to reproduce the same result using the tshark.

Can someone help? Thanks!
