Version 3.0.5 (v3.0.5-0-g752a55954770)
Running on 64-bit Windows 10 (1903), build 18362, with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz (with SSE4.2), with 32495 MB of physical memory, with locale English_United States.1252, with Npcap version 0.9982, based on libpcap version 1.9.1-PRE-GIT, with GnuTLS 3.6.3, with Gcrypt 1.8.3, without AirPcap, binary plugins supported (14 loaded). Built using Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 (VC++ 14.16, build 27034).
I'm assuming the npcap driver has been started, but can you verify? What happens when you run, net start npcap? Does it start it or does it indicate that it was already running? Maybe try restarting it via net stop npcap then net start npcap again?
Please provide Wireshark's Help -> About Wireshark information.
I'm having the same problem.
Can you try uninstalling Npcap version 0.9982 and installing Npcap version 0.9983 ?

I tried it and it didn't work. I have Nmap installed now, though. So that's something.
