Please update Npcap 0.995 in release package

Hello,

Npcap version 0.995 has the following issue: https://github.com/nmap/nmap/issues/1626 It causes BSOD and cannot be uninstalled easily. The newer versions fix the issue.

The best way to request a fix is with a bug filed on the Wireshark Bugzilla; that allows it to be tracked as a fix. This site is more of a crowdsourced FAQ.
