Wireshark not reading gateway pings
I'm new to Wireshark and need to do this for a school assignment, but whenever I'm on my Local Area Connection (one of the three of them that appear for some reason) and ping my default gateway, Wireshark doesn't pick up any packets. The ping goes through, the its just blank.
That is probably your capture setup, of which you provide no details at all. Platform, OS, interface type, network layout, Wireshark version, etc. Please elaborate on that.
