Can you help with the following questions Wireshark 2.6.2

  • Can you please confirm that there are no compatibility issues or licence constraints/commercial  implications moving the software from Physical Desktop to a VDI Solution which may be accessed by a user’s own device?  Please provide details

  • Are there additional requirements from CYBG to use the software in the specified environments?

    If this is the case, please provide details

  • Can you confirm if the software is compatible with CYBG's proposed Windows 10 platform – 1809  build? Yes/No

You might want to ask the CYB Group about that, unless "CYBG" is something other than the CYB Group, in which case you'll have to tell us what it is, so we can determine whether we would even be in a position to know whether it works.
