irql not less or equal

I installed Wireshark and the required version of .net. I tried to uninstall Wireshark. It did not uninstall everything. I tried to uninstall the .net version but it did not uninstall everything. Now, everytime I reboot I get the BSOD stop code: irql not less or equal.

Wireshark does not require .net. Are you sure you are on the right forum?
