Wireshark not showing LAN

Whenever I go into Wireshark it gives me 4 options and wifi and LAN are not options. How do I fix this?

By options, do you mean interfaces? Do you have a capture driver installed and sufficient permissions to capture? Please supply your full Wireshark "Help -> About Wireshark" information.

What are the 4 displayed options you do see? What Operating System are you using? Windows or Linux? Did you install PCAP?
