Wireshark 3.0.2 not running after install

I have installed WireShark on 8 different computers. 4 Wireshark runs great. The other 4 you will try to open the program, the hourglass will spin for a few seconds and then nothing happens. When I go to Task Manager and Processess I can see Wireshark trying to star up and then it just goes away. Please advise.
