Filtering Odd Packets

I am receiving logs where the packets are repeated. I need to filter only odd/even packets (packet number) to avoid repeated packets.

I couldn't find a easy way out. Let me know if there is an option available either through command line or in Wireshark filter.

There's the editcap utility which is tailored to remove duplicates.
