Assuming that you are running Windows and that your dongle network interface does not appear when Wireshark is using WinPcap, please give a try to Npcap instead: uninstall WinPcap and install Npcap (https://www.npcap.org) instead. Hopefully it will help hainc the network interface listed in Wireshark (it did for me in the past).
