[IFS: 2489ms] IFS means something totally different in the 802.11 STD Stupid name
That, as well as the "Start" and "End" field (and possibly also the "Duration" field in question), were added in this commit.
Given the name and email address of the person who made that change, he's probably this Simon Barber.
I suggest that Wireshark developers consult with IEEE 802.11 experts.
According to his LinkedIn page, he was a co-technical editor of the IEEE 802.11 standard for 4 years and 2 months.
