Qt 6 has dropped official support for 32-bit (x86) architecture.
So most likely you are running the 32-bit version of Windows 10. (Update the question with the output of tshark.exe -v
then we can be sure.)
Wireshark version 3.6 is the last version that supports the 32-bit version of Windows 10 is 3.6 (see https://wiki.wireshark.org/Development/LifeCycle )
