That's an issue, the same as https://gitlab.com/wireshark/wireshark/-/issues/18867 but for DTLS. It's been fixed for TLS, but not implemented yet for DTLS. If you could open an issue at GitLab and attach a sample file (you can mark the issue as confidential if necessary) then it will be swiftly implemented.
