Not really, unless you can situate a capture point common to all devices. Usually the devices are connected via a switch and unless you can capture on the switch you will miss the inter-device traffic.
As usual, for these type of questions please remember Wireshark is a packet analyzer, e.g. a packet microscope and attempting to use it in a broader "network monitoring" role isn't often successful.
