"Ignored unknown Record" means Wireshark does not recognize the TLS record structure in the packet, this is usually seen when reassembly has been turned off in the protocol preferences, because TLS records spanning multiple packets will not be recognized any more. Have a look at the TCP and TLS protocol preferences to check your re-assembly settings (or create a new profile to get a default profile back).
This will most likely be benign and unrelated to the issue you're investigating...
