That is something to investigate on the server. Wireshark can't tell WHY this delay occurs. Only WHEN it does occure.
But it is as a reponse to a POST request so it could be that it take 2 seconds to process your POST request. This must be investigated on the "server". So I guess you need o open a support ticket with them to find out.
