When I downloaded the "Wireshark Latest Intel64.dmg" file from 2.na.dl.wireshark.org - a North American site, as per the "na" - at 01:36:30 UTC, I got about 580 KB/s. When I downloaded it from1.eu.dl.wireshark.org, I got about 510 KB/s - 550 KB/s at 01:36:50 UTC.
There are a lot of network hops between you and the server, so there is no guarantee that it's the server's problem.
