Is the first time that I use Wireshark. I installed it on 32 bits windows 7 machine but I cannot capture anything.

Do you mean that you see no interfaces to capture from, or that you start your capture but there are no packets? Anyway, have a look here http://wiki.wireshark.org/CaptureSetup
As a suggestion, Right-click on the Wireshark Icon, then select Run As Administrator.
