What do you mean by "configure x11"?
The Windows and macOS versions of Wireshark don't use X11 for their user interface; the versions for other platforms (Linux, *BSD, Solaris, etc.) use whatever Qt uses, which is probably either X11 or Wayland, depending on what Qt supports and what the OS is using.
Wireshark also has a dissector for the X11 protocol.
