voip calls not going out through sip trunking any ideas through wireshark to trobleshoot

Good day., i have a challenge here,i have a system pbx installed in a client and also my main pbx system at my main office acting as the sip server for the remote pbx systems for clients,so my challenge its when i am in my office testing the sip calling out with booth systems the calls goes through,but now when i am at the clients side the client system registeres well with my sip server pbx at my office through public ip address,but now i cant make outgoing calls,so i want to check with wire shark what might be the problem,.any steps or anyone to assist.,Thanks you,., please free to connect to my anydesk in you can assist.,

Capture the packets at either the server or client. If it is encrypted tunnel between the SIP server and client then Wireshark can't help unless you have the key. Follow the SIP messages to determine if it is SIP or RTP issue.
